RIAC summer events 2025

RIAC has two events coming up over the summer months.

Wednesday 25 June 2025: Meet a Mentor with Harry Matovu
6.30 – 7.45pm: Nightingale House (6th Floor), 65 Curzon Street, London W1J 8PE (by kind permission of Lloyds Private Banking)

As well as a barrister and KC, RIAC mentor Harry Matovu is a Trustee of the Chineke! Foundation and Somerset House, and former Deputy Chair and Trustee of Chichester Festival Theatre. He is Chair of the Black Talent Charter, and has been recognised in the Powerlist for the last four years as one of the most influential Black professionals in the UK. In addition to his arts & culture trusteeships he is a Member of the Board of the International Chamber of Commerce UK; a Governing Bench of the Inner Temple; and a Fellow (Governor) of Eton College.

On 25 June Harry will be in conversation with RIAC executive lead Cécile de Cormis, and the session will include the chance to ask questions.

Please RSVP to contact@riac-uk.org by Friday 20 June if you would like to attend this event.

Tuesday 8 July 2025: RIAC Summer Drinks
6.30pm – 8.30pm, Terrace Bar, River Terrace, Somerset House, London WC2R 1LA

Relaxed summer drinks in the Terrace Bar at Somerset House. This will be an informal opportunity to catch up with other RIAC members, and to celebrate our success in changing the face of the arts boardroom – with 20 matches made since this time last year. If you’re able to arrive a little early, the Courtauld Gallery in Somerset House is open until 7pm.

Please RSVP to contact@riac-uk.org by Friday 4 July if you’re planning to come along.
