The idea behind RIAC is (relatively!) simple – we want to match arts & culture organisations with dynamic trustees and non-executives who will refresh existing Boards, drive change, and bring important professional experience to the sector.

RIAC Trustees are supported by a network of experienced philanthropists and similarly passionate executives and we hope that this three-way matching process will help to re-invigorate governance in arts & culture.
