Three new mentors join RIAC
One of the things that makes RIAC unique are the team of mentors who make up our ‘Brain Trust’. These experienced arts & culture trustees provide mentoring for the RIAC next gen trustees as they navigate their new role and responsibilities.
We are delighted to have recently welcomed three new mentors to RIAC:
- Harry Matovu KC, Trustee of the Chineke! Foundation and Somerset House, former Deputy Chair and Trustee of Chichester Festival Theatre, and Chair of the Black Talent Charter;
- Sue Hoyle OBE, Chair of The Foundling Museum and the Rolls Building Art & Education Trust, Trustee of Royal Ballet & Opera and Fuel Theatre, and Commissioner of the Judicial Appointments Commission;
- Will Gompertz, Deborah Loeb Brice Director at Sir John Soane’s Museum, former BBC Arts Editor, former Director of the Barbican, and former Director of Tate Galleries.
We are looking forward to matching the formidable talents of Harry, Sue and Will with our newly appointed trustees, and to meeting them at a Meet a Mentor event soon.
