RIAC Match: Gwendoline Grollier with Kinetika
As part of our vision to change the face of the arts boardroom RIAC recently matched Gwendoline Grollier with Kinetika. Gwendoline is the cofounder of T3 with a love for the visual arts, theatre and literature. Before being paired with Kinetika, Gwendoline began her journey with RIAC because of her belief that the arts should be accessible and celebrated, and a desire to give back to her community. Kinetika is an internationally renowned female-led company that combines world-class bespoke designs on large-scale hand-painted silks with community projects to produce spectacular outdoor events that engage diverse audiences wherever they work, running projects in local communities that change the way people feel about where they live.
Gwendoline says: “I’m honoured to have joined the board of Kinetika, whose work harnesses the power of storytelling and collaborative art to connect and uplift communities. From hand-painted silks to large-scale public events, Kinetika brings people together through shared narratives and creative expression. This appointment reflects RIAC’s outstanding work in connecting professionals with arts organisations – matching passion with purpose to enrich the cultural landscape.”
Ali Pretty, Artistic Director, Kinetika, says: “With the support of RIAC, we’re really pleased to welcome Gwendoline Grollier to the Kinetika Board. RIAC’s help in the recruitment process allowed us to connect with fantastic candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, bringing fresh ideas and new perspectives to the team. Gwendoline brings nearly 20 years’ experience in Risk Management across Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Consulting, along with hands-on commercial and marketing know-how from setting up her own business. She combines deep expertise with great energy – qualities that make her an exciting addition as we look ahead to the next stage of Kinetika’s journey.”
